Tips
on materials used in manufacturing
If you're shopping
around for outdoor cooking products we wanted to mention a few things
that we've learned in years of testing our products and other products
we've seen.
The latest trend in
gas grill manufacturing is a completely stainless steel construction instead
of iron. Large grill manufacturers have been hesitant to go this direction
because the grill will last much, much longer. They would rather the grill
wear out and you come back to purchase another. As much as they don't
like it the stainless craze is upon us and iron is out.
We've taken the stainless
steel approach since we started in 1998. We pride ourselves on the fact
that the product you buy from us will be the last one you will need to
buy. We would rather have your repeat business buying products you're
satisfied with for other friends and family, then to get your business
because our product rusted and needs to be replaced.
Why
our branding irons are better!
Our Handles: Our competitors use raw wood handles, or no handles at all. No handles is very dangerous, the handle will get just as hot as the tips. Raw wood handles will crack and split after use due to moisture and abuse. Make sure your handle is protected by a smooth, attractive, lacquer finish.
Our Warranty: If for whatever your steak branding iron falls apart or breaks we'll repair it or replace it at no cost to you for life. Just send it back with instructions & we'll send it back, all on us.
Our Materials: ALL of our branding irons, not just certain sets, are constructed entirely of high grade stainless steel. This ensures the safety of your food and keeps your branding iron from rusting.
Our Fulfillment: We ship products dailey for some of the countries largest catalogs and websites. Even though your order is a personalized item we have a process that allows us to put out the highest quality products at a very quick pace. This ensures that you're going to receive your custom order sooner than you would expect.
If you shop really
hard you may find that our irons are a few dollars more than some others
on the market. You will find a large range in price on what we consider
to be a lesser quality product. Expect to pay around $9 - $24 for a single
letter brand and from $28 - $99 for two and three letter brands. Our pricing
falls right in the middle, ($19-$39) our stainless steel construction
will NOT RUST and is a much more attractive grilling utensil.
Some brands claim
to be made by craftsmen who weld each piece by hand. We consider our welders
to be just as much of a craftsman due to the fact that they are doing
the same job only with more modern materials and equipment. Each iron
is hand made and welded with stainless steel welds, this means no part
of our iron, even the welds will be subject to rust.
